John Campbell

John was practically born in the water. spending his summers on the rivers of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho since he was a child, he started professionally guiding in 2013 as a summer job while he attended the University of Idaho. That summer job became his first career, and after guiding for over a decade on the river’s of Idaho, John joined the triad crew in 2025.

In his free time, John enjoys pretending to read in cafes, riding motorcycles to no place in particular, and giving back to the community through multiple nonprofit charities.

John is an amateur geologist, a professional river guide, part time tattoo artist, and a story teller who can turn ten words into forty. If you’re ready for some good water based fun in the canyons, he’s your man!
