We stand behind every product we sell with the backing of our manufacturer & supplier return policies and warranties.

Before making your purchase on a boat, please familiarize yourself with the manufacturers warranty as you will be utilizing that for those large purchases (Triad River Tours is not licensed to warranty boats; we must go through the manufacturer). If you need to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer, the nice thing about our little shop is that we work closely with all of our manufacturers and can help you with this process should the need arise. Unlike large online retailers, Triad River Tours is also a commercial outfitter, so the working relationship we have with our manufacturers goes far beyond simple transactions. We think you’ll find that working with us on warranty claims is much more personal and therefore smoother than with other retailers.

All of the product lines we sell have been utilized by our professional guides, so we are confident that all of our products will serve you well, but if you use a product and you don’t like it, we can also help you. While we cannot take back a product after it has been used or opened, we can often take trade-ins on things such as boats or paddles, and then sell the used product in our store. Often, we can give as much as 80% of the retail price you paid on your previous product towards the price of a new item. In this case, we would need to do an analysis of the item you bought, and the expected price we could get for it; after subtracting shipping and administrative costs we provide you with a quote on a trade in value for your item, and typically provide you with an invoice that allows you to buy your new item at the retail price minus the trade-in.

If you have purchased used equipment, there is no warranty at all.
