Current River Conditions
Upper Skagit Whitewater (SK-5): Runnable
Lower Skagit Scenic and Wine Tasting (SK-2 & SK-3): Runnable
Skykomish River Whitewater (SKY-1): Runnable
Sauk River Whitewater (Sauk-1): Runnable
Thankfully, the whitewater has returned! Everyone should be celebrating with us here at the end of one of the most drought stricken years on record for the Western United States and definitely the lowest water Washington has seen in a century.
The Upper and Lower Skagit are totally open and runnable, and are currently higher than the normal average. All trips on the Upper Skagit (whitewater) section are open for booking. Our scenic and wine tasting floats on the Lower Skagit section are also open for booking.
At this time we are seeing runnable levels on the Sauk and Skykomish Rivers, but we are not currently taking reservations for those rivers at this time. However, if you are wanting to get out and run either of those please let us know and we can put you on the wait list and can inform you if a trip gets put together. Rain is causing the rivers to rise, and that could mean a short time of runnable water, so we will keep our fingers crossed that the higher water levels continue.
