You’re not at the waterpark anymore, Dorothy. This is a wild river and safety is paramount. These folks take it seriously! Longest and most comprehensive safety lecture I have ever received on any whitewater trip. They preach it, you live it and if you don’t, they’ll let you know! The gear was top notch, too. Another important safety detail.

Went down the Sauk river with Luke and Larsen yesterday. I’ve been on the Wenatchee, Nooksak, Teton, etc.. and I would have to say the Sauk was the most fun. The helmets and wetsuits are the best I’ve used. They are fairly new and the helmets very light and are adjustable. Some even have GoPro attachments on top.

I have rafted with several companies in and out of WA and Triad is by far the best I’ve ever been with. The professionalism and the philosophy made for an amazing trip and a great first experience for my teenage kids.

Amazing! We went on a scenic river float last night with Nick. He was incredibly knowledgeable, not only on the river itself (including surrounding trees, wildlife, etc), but just about every subject we touched on or wondered about. He struck the perfect balance between being friendly, funny and just hanging out, and respectable professionalism that made us all sure we were in great hands, safety wise and otherwise.

Luke, the owner, did a nice job prepping us for the float. Josh, our guide, was terrific. The river and surrounding mountains provide a sense of peace. The eagles perched as sentinels along the river, are magnificent.
